Dr. Asgar specializes in transcatheter valve interventions, congenital interventions, and cardiac MRIs. She is the lead cardiologist for the transcatheter mitral/tricuspid valve program at the Montreal Heart Institute. Her research interests include the treatment and management of valvular heart disease and cost-effectiveness analysis.
