Treatment of IS-CTO With Anchor-Knuckle Technique
CTOA 55-year-old male presented with angina for 1 month. Angiography showed in-stent chronic total occlusion at proximal RCA. The contralateral flow came from LCX. During the last PCI 20 days ago, the guide wires failed to cross the occlusion segment. After discussion with the Heart Team, the plan is to treat this IS-CTO with Anchor-Knuckle technique.
