Severe MR with posterior prolapse. NYHA class II/III.
TTE: Severe MR. Posterior prolapse. Severe left atrial dilatation. Preserved biventricular function.
TEE: P2 prolapse. ORE 0,36 cm2, VC 6 mm. Mitral ring 34 x 28 mm.
EKG: Atrial fibrillation with pacemaker stimulation.
