

Staged PCI of LAD and Diagonal Bifurcation Lesion using Rotational Atherectomy and 2-Stent Technique
Bifurcation70 year-old female with unstable angina pectoris presented with CCS Class III angina and CT angio revealing calcific 2 vessel CAD. A Cardiac Cath on February 8, 2016 revealed 2V CAD; subtotal occlusion of proximal RCA, 95% mid LAD and 80% Diagonal calcific bifurcation lesion (Medina 1, 1, 1) with mild systolic LV dysfunction and SYNTAX Score of 23. Patient underwent successful intervention of RCA using rotational atherectomy and synergy DES. Patient is now planned for staged PCI of LAD and Diagonal bifurcation lesion using rotational atherectomy and dedicated two stent technique.
