Reattempt CTO PCI of LCX Using Anterograde Approach
CTOA 62-year-old male, presented with angina for 4 years. Angiography revealed total occlusion of proximal LCX, receiving both ipsilateral collaterals from the LAD and contralateral collaterals from the RCA via PLA branch. The patient underwent a failed CTO PCI with an antegrade approach in another hospital 2 years ago. After our Heart Team discussion, we are planning for a reattempt CTO PCI of LCX with antegrade approach (ADR or AWE).
