Case and Plan: 73 Year old male preop for knee replacement presented with mild angina and CTA revealed multivessel CAD and Calcium Score 672. A cardiac cath on Feb. 8, 2022 revealed 3V CAD with Syntax Score 20 and LVEF 60%. Patient underwent PCI of RCA and LCx using 2 DES (Synergy XC), and did well. Now planned for FFR-Guided mid LAD/Diagonal bifurcation lesion PCI using dedicated 2-stent minicrush technique
