PCI Of CTO Lesion with ADR
CTO41-year-old male, presented with angina for 5 months. Angiography revealed stumpless chronic total occlusion with calcification at proximal LAD. Contralateral and ipsilateral flow come from RCA and LCX. During the last PCI operation 3 months ago, the guide wire failed to enter the distal true lumen. Under discussion with the Heart Team, we plan to treat this CTO lesion with ADR.
