

Management of SFA In Stent Restenosis
Femoral/poplitealCase and Plan:
62-year-old female with history of PAD s/p prior peripheral interventions presenting with severe right calf pain with minimal ambulation (<1 block), now progressing to pain at rest (Rutherford Class II, category 4). Vascular Ultrasound was significant for long, in-stent occlusion of the previously stent SFA. Endovascular therapies for the management of ISR in the femoropopliteal arteries is discussed.
