
LPA Stenting and Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve Replacement with Myval Pulmonary Valve
TRICUSPID AND PULMONARY VALVE INTERVENTIONSSummary: 34-year-old male patient, post-operative case of Tetralogy of Fallot/ Pulmonary Atresia who underwent surgical repair with VSD closure, RVOT reconstruction, and LPA plasty in childhood. He currently presents with mild effort intolerance, and a CT scan shows dilated RV, LPA stenosis with an origin measuring 3mm, and hilar LPA of 16mm. Cardiac MRI shows a pulmonary regurgitation fraction of 30%, increased RV volumes of 199ml, and RV EF of 46%.
