- HTN, DL.
- Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (wall thickness 24 mm). LVEF is normal. LVOT gradient (basal 45 mmHg/ valsalva 94 mmHg).
- CF I-II. ICD carrier in primary prevention
- Lab: Normal
- EKG: SR. Paced QRS (156 ms) with LBBB image. AV stimulated 200 ms
- Drugs: Bisoprolol, Enalapril, Jardiance, Atorvastatin.
