CTA-Guided PCI For LAD Lesion With RA or IVL
Calcified Lesions64-year-old male, presented with angina for 3 months. Angiography revealed a focal severe stenosis at distal LM and a diffused stenosis at prox-mid LAD with calcification, and a sharp angulation could be noticed between LM and LCX. We plan to treat this LAD-LM bifurcation lesion with Rotablation and Lithotripsy under intravascular imaging guidance.
